Areas of Practice

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

I have been researching & studying OCD since 2019. I have participated in multiple trainings on the treatment of OCD in order to be effective & provide research based care. I am trained in Exposure Response Prevention, which is considered the gold standard for the treatment of OCD.

Teen & Adolescent Therapy

I have a passion for working with adolescents and teens. I believe in the importance of teaching skills and techniques to help teens learn how to navigate the world in a healthy way. I have helped teens who are struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, Trauma, Bipolar, etc. I also help teens navigate general stressors and adjustments that this age group faces.

Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety is one of the top conditions I have treated while working in the mental health field. There is a wide variety of ways to treat anxiety. I believe treatment depends on the specific person. I tend to treat anxiety with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. All three of these modalities have strong research to suggest they can help effectively manage symptoms.

Family Therapy

I have worked with over 100 families to help families learn how to function in a healthier and more productive way. I have helped families increase communication, attachment, and navigate how to help support their child. I also help with address behavioral concerns in kids/teens. I am trained in Parent Management Training and Attachment Based Family Therapy.
