  • I am current in network with:

    Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, HealthChoice, Community Care and Aetna.

    I accept private pay for those who don't have insurance or have insurance plans that I am not in network with.

    Please note, I am not in network with any medicare/medicaid plans at this time.

    It's important to note that each insurance plan may have different rates and coverage policies. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about the specific details of your coverage. They can provide information on copayments, deductibles, and any other relevant details regarding mental health services.

    If you decide to use insurance, please be aware that the reimbursement rates can vary, and it's advisable to check with your insurance company about the costs associated with mental health services. When inquiring, you can use the following codes: an intake session is coded as 90791, and an individual counseling session is coded as 90837.

  • Yes we do!

    If you are in the state of Oklahoma, you are able to receive tele-health services with Holding Space Counseling.

    Please check with your insurance plan to make sure tele-health services are covered.

  • We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, you will be responsible for a $150 cancellation fee.

  • We are open Monday-Friday during normal business hours.

    Our hours are by appointment only and will depend specifically on your therapist’s schedule and availability. If you need a specific day/time, please let us know when you call to schedule an appointment.
